2021 East Devon Arts Festival

For the second year running we haven't been able to run the Arts Festival in the church, and so haven't been able to raise the funds (usually around £6000) we rely on to pay our way.

Last year, we launched the EDAF Appeal which generated a substantial amount of money (about £3500) from a wide range of people, but especially from those who would normally have supported us by donating money or food, or who would normally have exhibited. If you were one of those people, thank you very much. It helped keep us afloat.

We also ran art and craft exhibitions on Facebook which were well received. We even sold about the same number of paintings as usual and the artists donated some of the proceeds to the Church.

This year we are again running the exhibitions online. Do have a look and share the links with friends and family. The more people see the exhibitions, the more sales we are likely to make.  We would also be pleased to hear from new exhibitors.

You don't have to be signed in on Facebook to see them. They are publicly available. You might need to tell Facebook "Not Now" when it wants you to sign in though. If you are on Facebook, please "Like" the pages and share any exhibits you like with "Friends".

Finally, if you would have supported us in a normal year, please consider doing so this year by making a donation to the EDAF Appeal. You can do this from the Facebook pages or directly on our (CofE approved) online giving page:

https://is.gd/RgUOD2. You can also Gift Aid your donation if you are a (UK) tax payer.

We hope you enjoy the exhibitions.

Thank you for your support, especially those of you who have already donated.
